Youth Across One Sky (YAOS) hosted a Christmas-themed English workshop for children in the local community, combining free language learning opportunity, games, and seasonal activities to create a fun and welcoming environment for children to learn and connect with others.

Learning Through Play

The workshop introduced children to English through interactive Christmas-themed activities and games. By incorporating familiar seasonal themes into language learning, the session encouraged children to communicate and participate in English in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Celebrating Christmas Together

Alongside the English activities, participants took part in Christmas-themed games and activities prepared by YAOS members. These activities created opportunities for children and volunteers to interact, have fun, and share a festive experience together.

Rather than focusing solely on teaching or providing something to children, the event aimed to create a shared space where children could learn, play, and connect with others in their community.
